SHIPPING METHOD:

Our suppliers and warehouses are situated around the world and we use Express Priority shipping method for most products and countries.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

Time frame for order delivery:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed Monday to Saturday within 24 hours after the order is placed. If for any reason you need to cancel your order or amend order details you can do it within 10 minutes of placing the order using the links on the "Thank You" page or via order confirmation email which will be sent to you immediately after purchase.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to your inbox. If you have trouble receiving this email please check your spam folder first. If you buy several different products, they might be dispatched from different warehouses and will arrive separately and at different time.

Once your order is processed and shipped you can track it by using your order number (from order confirmation email) and email address here -

If you have not received your order within the maximum of 30 days from the day of purchase please contact us for further help at

If you provided us with incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the product has been sent back to us, we will arrange re-delivery to your preferred address upon your instruction, once the shipping and handling fee of £8.99 is covered by you.

Please note, this is your responsibility as a customer to track your order or reach out to our support team if there are any issues with the tracking. If the postman missed you at the address, they will not always leave a calling card. This has been very common during these times due to staff shortage and increase volume of work load for local postmen. If delivery failed the order will be sent to your local delivery office where it will be commonly held for the period of 5 days. During this time you will have to re-arrange delivery or collect your order in person. If the product is sent back to us after 18 days as it was not rearranged for delivery or collected.
